Amanecer – Parte 2, la última entrega de la saga Crepúsculo, es seleccionada como la peor película del año pasado durante la ceremonia de los Premios Razzie al obtener siete galardones, los correspondientes a peor película, peor director (Bill Condon), peor actriz (Kristen Stewart), peor actor de reparto (Taylor Lautner), peor pareja en pantalla (Lautner y la actriz de 12 años Mackenzie Foy), peor reparto y peor secuela. Asimismo, Adam Sandler es nombrado peor actor por la comedia Ese es mi hijo, su segunda victoria consecutiva tras de llevarse el premio por Jack y su gemela, cinta que barrió con 10 premios Razzie el año pasado. La cantante Rihanna obtiene el premio a peor actriz de reparto por la película de acción Battleship.

La saga Crepúsculo candidata a lo peor del año
El final de Crepúsculo encabeza la lista de nominados a los Premios Razzie a lo peor del cine. La saga Crepúsculo: Amanecer – Parte 2 consigue 11 nominaciones que incluyen peor película, peores actuaciones protagonistas para Kristen Stewart y Robert Pattinson, y peores actuaciones de reparto para Taylor Lautner y Ashley Greene. También son nominados a peor película Battleship, The Oogieloves in the Big Balloon Adventure, el filme de Adam Sandler That’s My Boy y la comedia de Eddie Murphy A Thousand Words. Los ganadores de los Razzie, en su 33a edición anual, se anunciarán el 23 de febrero, en la víspera de los Oscar. Amanecer – Parte 2, es nominada a peor director (Bill Condon), peor continuación, peor guion y peor reparto. Obtiene además doble candidatura a peor pareja en pantalla: Stewart y Pattinson, y Lautner y Mackenzie Foy.
